Using SoundAnew
Personal, lawful and considerate use.
You may use SoundAnew to explore its catalogue, players, Library, playlists and personalized-session tools. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload harmful material, scrape private areas, share another person’s account or use the product in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Accounts and private content
You are responsible for your access.
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information when account sync is activated. Personalized notes and Library records remain associated with the account that created them. Do not include highly sensitive information in a personalized brief.

SoundAnew is not healthcare.
The service provides general personal-wellbeing audio and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results are individual and no audio format guarantees subconscious, emotional, physical or behavioral change. Use the listening-safety guidance and consult an appropriately qualified professional about health concerns.
Plus access and payments
One payment. Thirty days. No automatic renewal.
When paid access becomes available, the exact price, currency and taxes will be shown before payment. A successful PayTR payment grants 30 days of Plus access. The first payment version does not save a card for SoundAnew or renew automatically. Payment-card details are entered in PayTR’s hosted checkout and are not stored by SoundAnew.
The distance sales agreement and delivery and refund policy form part of every paid order.
Availability
We work to keep listening available.
Maintenance, security controls, provider outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect the service. SoundAnew may update features or catalogue availability while preserving paid access rights required by applicable law.
Content and ownership
Respect the creative work.
The SoundAnew name, interface, editorial copy and audio catalogue are protected creative materials. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit redistribution, resale, extraction or commercial reuse.
Suspension and termination
Access controls protect the community.
Accounts may be restricted for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, repeated security violations or attempts to bypass membership controls. A restriction does not remove non-waivable consumer rights. You can request account deletion and a readable data export from Account.
