What the product can store.

How information is used

Only to provide the listening experience.

Account data is used to authenticate you, restore your Library, resume audio, display listening insights and manage personalized briefs. SoundAnew does not run advertising trackers or sell personal information. When paid Plus access is activated, SoundAnew stores payment status and access dates but does not receive or store full card details.

Infrastructure

Service providers process limited data for us.

BilHost hosts the production application and protected audio files. Supabase provides authentication and private structured records. Cloudflare may provide domain, DNS, delivery and traffic-security services. The prepared Plus checkout uses PayTR’s hosted payment screen; PayTR receives the billing and card information required to process, secure and report a transaction. These providers may process technical request data required to operate and protect their services.

Your choices

Control stays close to the data.

You can remove favorites, playlist items, playlists and personalized briefs from the relevant product screens. Account lets you update preferences, download a readable copy of your account data and request verified deletion. You may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the applicable data-protection law provides those rights.

Retention and security

Keep only what the product needs.

User-owned records are retained while the related account exists or until they are deleted, subject to legal record-retention duties. Payment, consent and transaction records may be retained for the periods required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with law. Database ownership rules restrict private records to their authenticated owner. Privileged service keys are never exposed to the browser.

Children and sensitive information

Use the service with care.

SoundAnew is not designed to collect children’s data or medical information. Do not place passwords, identity numbers, payment-card details, health records or other highly sensitive information in profile fields, reflections or personalized briefs.
